If you are getting this error it means you have not installed Visual C++. 

Note that there are many flavors of Visual Studio, like Visual Studio for C# development. 

You need to install Visual Studio for C++.>

 

해결방법

https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/ko/downloads/ 여기 들어가서 위 사진 을 참고하여 다운로드/설치 한다.

 

설치 완료후

 

터미널 창에 pip install dlib 입력하면 아래와 같이 성공적으로 설치됨을 확인할 수 있다.
